Billy, the technician, was outstanding. On time, very knowledgeable, very professional and he answered all of our questions. I want him to be my permanent service technician.
My technician Billy was fantastic today. He thoroughly assessed my whole house humidifier and diagnosed the problem. He took the time to actually explain what was wrong and gave me a bid to fix the issue. Upon approval he completed the work, cleaned up, and advised me of potential future issues. Billy went above and beyond what I expected. I am grateful I called Brown's Heating and Cooling and for Billy taking care of my family. I will be calling Brown's again for any future HVAC needs.

Quicker turn around than the 24/7 guys we called, and Billy really knew his stuff.
Our technician today was Billy. He was on time, polite, and worked cleanly. He checked over our furnace and change the filters. Double checked the thermostat. He was very thorough in everything that he did. We would be delighted to have him come back again.
After having dealt with one less than reputable heating and cooling company, working with Brown's is a breath of fresh air. We are very happy to have found them.
Brown's installed 10 mini-splits and 2 condensers in our home. Josh, Christian, and Hunter, did the entire job in less than 10 days. They communicated plans to us everyday to keep us all aligned and in the loop. The did a great job! The line sets on the outside of the house are very clean. We recommend them and would use them again.
Billy was so professional and courteous. when he was doing maintenance on our heating system. He was very efficient, called before he came, and wanted to know if I had any questions, or needed anything else.
