Once again Brown's comes through for me! Mitch did a great job in doing a quick repair on my furnace to keep it going during this cold spell. And was able to the do a lasting repair a day later when parts came in. I have had super service for my furnace, A/C, and hot water heater since 2004. Every person I have dealt with in all that time has been friendly, proficient, efficient and great to deal with. I just wish all the service companies I have had to deal with were as good.

I particularly like when I get Mitch as he is such a pleasant young man and like this last call, the problem wasn't with heating or cooling but he found the problem and Tom care of as far as he could saving me from having to call a plumber. He told me what I needed to do , and I can't tell you how very much I appreciate that. Businesses need honest and helpful young men like Mitch.
We were having issues with our thermostat, so we called Brown's. Mitch K was not only punctual (which we are not used to by any company in the springs) he was extremely understanding when my boyfriend was running a little behind. But he kept up his awesome mood along with updating our thermostat and educating us on specifics we were unaware of. Thanks so much Mitch and Brown's Heating and Cooling for helping us out. We definitely will be using them for our future needs!
We were having issues with our furnace and contacted Brown's. Scheduling was easy and they were able to fit us into the schedule the following morning. Mitch was our technician. Mitch was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable/communicative as to what the issue was and how he would be able to fix it.
